One common belief in the real estate world is there is no such thing as weekends! Latah Realty agents know this well. Real estate agents do not work a typical 9 to 5, Monday through Friday job. Our agents are clocked in as often as they can be. There is constant hustle and bustle throughout the office. On days when the office is quiet, it is only because the agents are working from home due to COVID-19 or are out doing showings or walking property with their clients. The front desk staff often jokes when they arrive in the morning about how they received emails from the agents after midnight or before 6 AM! Latah Realty agents like to stay busy; they thrive on it. Even outside of helping their clients, the agents pack their days with activities like exercise, board meetings, charity events and of course quality time with family and friends. This includes all our agents, all the time! This is the effort Latah Realty agents put into their clients, their work, and themselves.

Above & Beyond
Latah Realty agents go above and beyond in every sense of the phrase. Going above and beyond for a client is multi-faceted in the real estate world. For example, sometimes this means our agents take the time to walk acres of property with a seller or buyer, taking a drone out for photos of a property, or even ordering furniture and storing it for a buyer! Sean Wilson, our Designated Broker, and several agents have also assisted sellers with the completion of paperwork to get a building permit (s) or new parcel divisions completed and approved by the city. This is common at Latah Realty. Our agents do everything in their power to help their clients succeed and make a transaction as smooth as possible. One of their main goals is always to decrease their client’s stress and increase their client’s return.

Superior Knowledge
Our agents have 144 years of combined experience along with a variety of education that benefits their clients in many ways. Some of our agents have received their broker’s license, which requires additional training. One of our agents (Magan Smith) is licensed in Washington. We also have agents who received a degree in secondary education ranging from advertising to public relations. The entire Latah Realty team relies on each other; if there is something one agent does not know, usually another agent can offer knowledge to fill in any gaps.
