What is it? The Parade of Homes is a magazine Latah Realty publishes 3-4 times a year.
How long have we done it? The Parade of Homes began to be exclusively published by Latah Realty about ten years ago.
How often are new editions released? We often do a Spring, Summer, Fall and sometimes Winter edition. Some years, we combine the Fall and Winter editions.
What content is included? The Parade of Homes features homes for sale, or homes that recently sold or are pending. We also include information about Latah Realty and our agents, and location in Moscow. We recently have been featuring local businesses to give an idea what life is like in Latah County.
Where can I get a copy? Printed copies of our new editions are always available at Latah Realty, located at 128 E 3rd St, Moscow, ID 83843. We also have magazine stands that are refilled regularly at these locations:
Moscow: they can be found at Main Street Center (Friendship Square bus stop), the Latah Realty office, Rosauer’s grocery store on N Main, the Moscow Mall at the main mall entrance, the Chamber of Commerce, and at Moscow Building Supply.
Potlatch: they can be found at Harvest Foods.
Deary: our publication stands are located at White Pine Foods and the Crossroads Convenience Store.
Troy: find them at Conoco.
Kendrick: they are located at Phil’s Family Foods.
Helmer: our copies are at Helmer Store and Café.
Genesee: they are located at Stomping Grounds Coffee House.
Juliaetta: they are at the Juliaetta Market Gas, Food, Car Wash.

Why show houses when they are off the market so quickly? When we are creating the POH editions, homes that were listed as “new” yesterday, could go “pending” as soon as the next day! We include all the houses we have listed, even if they are under contract by the time our new edition is released. This can help readers get an idea of median home and land prices in the area.
How can your house be featured? The only way your home can be featured in the publication is to have it listed with an agent at Latah Realty.
When is the next edition coming out? The Summer edition of 2021 will be released at the end of July. Be on the lookout!
