Sean Wilson is regarded by many as Moscow and Latah County’s most experienced broker. “Sean has the power of vision on property; not only for what it is, but for what it could be.” This is true with land, investments, and homes.
Good old-fashioned hard work is his secret. An avid outdoorsman; “I am very familiar with many properties not only because of my years of experience as an agent but also because of many years exploring in my free time. My dad, Lanny O. Wilson, was a wildlife biologist; so wildlife, birds, trees, and geology are in my DNA. Latah County has all these things in spades. Married to Susan Wilson Esq., whose practice focuses on wills, estates, trusts, and real estate law. Sean and Susan have two daughters Arianna and Alexandra. He’s also an accomplished saxophone player.
Sean and his wife are active real estate investors and own and manage multiple properties in Moscow and Latah County including multifamily apartments, commercial buildings, duplexes, rental homes, timberland, recreational land, farmland and are even developing an RV park. “Real estate ownership provides the most amazing sanctuaries there are. Yes, your home is your castle, but sanctuary can also be your own place of solitude close to nature outdoors to make memories, or with the long-term financial sanctuary that income-producing properties provide.” So far, he has sold in excess of a thousand properties through the course of his career and says; “Every one of these was important to my client(s) and therefore to me.” Sean has lived in Latah County for over thirty years. He has been one of the top five agents, by number of transactions or by volume, in Latah County every year since 2007 and was #1 in 2008, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Sean says, “I don’t push people to buy or sell, I just give people the information, advice, and access they need to make an informed decision.”
