Jessica Dahlinger, an associate broker, is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. After graduation, she continued with graduate school focusing on Cultural Anthropology and wrote her thesis on floating home communities and those that choose to live the lifestyle that comes with being a water rat.
At the age of 25, she purchased a home and a business within 7 months of each other. Thus, began her addiction to real estate. She loves that the real estate field is constantly changing and that every day is a chance to learn something new. Jess specializes in residential and investment properties, as well as bare land. She is currently the President Elect of her local Board of Realtors and has served previously as a local director and Secretary. She was the Latah County Board of Realtors ‘Realtor of the Year’ in 2015 and holds the designations of GRI, CRS, and Certified Military Residential Specialist.
One of Jessica’s favorite things about living in our area is that we have four distinct seasons here. She enjoys camping, reading, and entertaining. She is a past president of the Moscow Eagles Auxiliary, as well as a past district deputy and has served as a State Trustee for the Idaho State Eagles Auxiliary.
She currently lives in Moscow with her husband and two small children.
Jessica has lived in Moscow for 23 years. Originally in the area for school, she took to real estate like a fish to water. Her clients love her upbeat attitude, and never ending stores of energy!
