Market reports are a great way to get always current listings, market data and monthly alerts for a particular market. Latah Realty provides this service to help you better monitor median home prices, days on the market and active inventory for a particular community. This is a great way to get specific market information at anytime off of Latah Realty’s website or delivered monthly to your email inbox.
Below are some helpful steps on how to find and use the current market reports we have on our site. If you would like a new market report created please let the agent you are working with know.
How do I find a market report?
- Navigate to a Real Estate Listings page or a Communities page in the main navigation. (In this example we will use Communities > Moscow & Viola, Idaho. In that page I then selected View Property Listings for Moscow & Viola, Idaho)
- At the top of the listings page, for Moscow, Idaho and Viola, Idaho, I can select market report.
- On this page you will be able to see all of the market report information. You can also sign up for this market report so it will be sent to you in a monthly email by clicking the button at the top and entering your name and email address.
