Sean Wilson has been one of the top ten producing agents in Latah County for over twenty years, several of which he has been at the number one spot. Marketing homes, land, and subdivision development have been his hallmarks. Sean has had experience from the “ground up” with Popes 3rd Addition, Indian Hills 6th Addition, Southgate 3rd Addition, and numerous parcels of rural acreage around the county. Sean and his wife are active real estate investors and own multiple properties in Moscow and Latah County including multifamily apartments, duplexes, rental homes, timberland, recreational land, and farmland.
He has facilitated over one-thousand closings through the course of his career and says; “Every one of these was important to my client(s) and to me.”
Sean has lived in Latah County for over twenty-five years. He has been one of the top five agents, by number of transactions, in Latah County every year since 2007 and was #1 in 2008, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2017, and 2018. Good old-fashioned hard work is his secret. Originally from the small town of Cottonwood, Idaho, he moved to the “big city” of Moscow to attend the University of Idaho, where he put down roots. An avid outdoorsman; “I am very familiar with many properties not only because of my years of experience as an agent but also because of many years exploring in my free time. My dad, Lanny O. Wilson, was a wildlife biologist; so wildlife, birds, trees, and geology are in my DNA. Latah County has all these things in spades. When I was young, my godfather told me so long as I got my degree, I could go play in the outdoors as much as I wanted. I took that advice seriously.” While attending the University of Idaho, Sean worked as a licensed river guide on the Main (Frank Church Wilderness), Lower Salmon, Snake (Hells Canyon), and Lochsa Rivers. Additionally, Sean is an accomplished saxophone player, studying under Johnnie Jessen, Roy Cummings, and Robert Miller. He and keyboardist Eric Robert were named one of the top 10 college entertainment acts by MasterCard. Married to Susan Wilson Esq., they have two daughters Arianna and Alexandra.
