As October begins, the local housing market remains strong despite changing economic conditions. Buyers in lower price ranges should expect competition in desirable areas. Sellers are advised to price their homes competitively to draw more offers. The median home price in Latah County was around $430,000 last quarter, this is consistent with steady year-over-year growth we’ve seen. Although interest rates are high, many buyers are turning to adjustable-rate mortgages or long-term investment strategies. crispy parm romanesco
Ingredients:
- 1 head of romanesco, cut into florets 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the Romanesco: In a large bowl, toss the romanesco florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well
- Roast: Spread the florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Add Cheese: In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the
- Serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if Enjoy warm!
